Data Terms of Use

We encourage the dissemination of the LDC Reports and critical insights to further elevate the understanding and recognition of the significant contributions and narratives of the Latino community in various spheres under the terms defined here. When referencing or employing information from our reports, please attribute the source as follows:

Latino Donor Collaborative. (Year of the report). Name of the Report. *

The Reports and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, data, text, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the LDC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

‍These Terms of Use are entered into by and between You and Latino Donor Collaborative, Inc. (“LDC,” "Company,""we," or "us"). The following terms and conditions govern your access to and use of any or all the LDC original research and reports (“The Reports.”)

- Utilization of The Reports must include the official name (i.e., The 2023 Official LDC U.S. Latino GDP Report).
- Utilization of any data from The Reports must include its official name.

You may not:            
- Modify copies of any materials from the Report.•            
- Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics without citing to the Report’s official name.
- Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the Report.
- Upload a copy of the Report directly to a website for download without first redirecting users to LDC's website, where they must register before accessing the Report.

If you print, copy, modify, download, or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Report in breach of the Terms of Use, your right to use the Report will stop immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. Any use of the Report not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use is a breach of these Terms of Use and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
