Jacqueline Aguilar serves as Assistant General Counsel for The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) at its global headquarters in Cincinnati, OH. In her leadership role within the Global Transactions office, she strategically navigates and solves complex issues related to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, intellectual property licensing, and procurement. Jacqueline also has extensive leadership experience in P&G’s Global Ethics & Compliance Office, where she provided strategic counsel on various compliance matters, conducted training sessions, led investigations, and developed strategies to address intricate business challenges. Additionally, she was chief counsel to P&G’s multi-billion-dollar oral care business in North America, advising on a wide range of issues including advertising, marketing, trademarks, FDA regulations, privacy, consumer protection, risk management, contract negotiations, and go-to-market/product launch strategies.

Before joining P&G, Jacqueline honed her skills in corporate compliance and human resources at two other publicly traded global companies, Toyota Motor North America and Convergys.

Jacqueline earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, graduating summa cum laude, with a major in Management and a minor in Information Technology from Xavier University.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Jacqueline is deeply committed to her community. She engages in pro bono work with the Legal Aid Society’s Volunteer Lawyers for the Poor Foundation and the Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio. She also serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations, including the Association of Corporate Counsel Southwest Ohio, Cincinnati Bar Foundation, Cincinnati Compass, and Film Cincinnati.
