We encourage the dissemination of LDC’s reports and critical insights to further enhance the understanding and recognition of the significant contributions and narratives of the Latino community in various fields under the terms defined here. When referencing or using information from our reports, please acknowledge the source as follows:

The Reports and all of their content, features, and functionality (including, but not limited to all information, data, text, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are the property of the LDC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
