PRODUCTOS LATINA

Victor Manuel García Bonilla is a Mexican entrepreneur and attorney who builds cross border brands to unlock Latino economic and cultural value. He is the Co-Founder and Co CEO of RL Beauty Lab, the company behind Productos LATINA, a premium hair-care  brand created to serve the textured-hair needs of Latina women with dignity and  representation. In April 2025, LATINA became the only Mexican brand at Ulta Beauty  USA, reaching distribution in 460+ stores nationwide, with launch events across key markets.

In Mexico, LATINA was the first and only Mexican hair brand present in all physical  Sephora Mexico stores, a milestone that cemented its commercial traction and its “beauty  with identity” proposition.

Victor is also the Founder of XOL, a premium lifestyle brand—not folkloric or artisanal— that delivers modern, understated luxury with a contemporary design language. While  acknowledging folkloric craftsmanship as culturally vital and high-value, XOL pursues  a different, complementary path centered on clean silhouettes and elevated materials (e.g.,  Pima-cotton polos and premium caps) under the motto “The Luxury of Being You.” The  brand advances identity-driven design while promoting awareness for axolotl conservation  and experiential retail.

An attorney by training, Victor graduated from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de  Morelos. He holds two postgraduate degrees: a Master’s in International Business  Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master’s in Administrative  Law from the Universidad Panamericana. A few years ago, he served as Legal Manager  at PMI—Pemex’s international trading subsidiary responsible for hydrocarbon  commercialization. He applies this legal foundation to structure binational partnerships,  retail compliance, and brand governance, while advising founders on go-to-market, vendor  standards, and chargeback-resilient operations. He is currently driving LATINA’s U.S.  expansion and strengthening its value chain.

Passionate about creating companies and accelerating them with strategic vision, Victor  works to ensure the Latina community is represented through high-quality, identity-driven,  high-value products.
