Ignacio Sanchez

Ignacio Sanchez represents national and international clients on a broad range of issues before the Executive branch, Congress, and the courts. He advises clients on the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies to protect the clients’ interests and achieve its desired objective before the US government.

For over 30 years, Ignacio has been involved in regulatory and legislative matters related to US national security law and policy, whether it be navigating the CFIUS process, advising clients on the application of US economic sanctions, export controls, and anti-boycott laws or advising clients on the legal and political issues related to these matters. In this regard, he has represented clients on these issues before the Congress, Treasury Department, Department of Justice, State Department, US Trade Representative, National Security Council, White House Counsel, National Economic Council, Department of Commerce, Department of Energy, and various inter-agency task forces.
