Saber Sherrard

Saber Sherrard has been at Bain & Company for 16 years and is a leader in Bain’s B2B Go-To-Market and Private Equity practices and serves as Global Head of Bain’s B2B Marketing Practice. Saber has significant experience in driving growth and performance acceleration for B2B companies across multiple industrial and technology industries. Saber’s articles have been published in a number of journals, including the Harvard Business Review, and he has served as a keynote speaker for several technology industry conferences including Dreamforce, ANA Masters of Marketing, and Google Live.

Saber also serves as the Global Leader of Bain’s LATBA (Latinos at Bain) organization and serves on Bain’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion council. Saber is also a people leader and culture carrier at Bain, including serving as Bain’s Southwest Region People Platform Leader for 5 years. He was the recipient of the 26th annual Bright-Dix Award, globally recognizing Saber for his leadership, coaching, and mentorship contributions. He was also the 2012 recipient of Bain Texas’s most prestigious leadership award and received top 5% upward feedback ratings across North American Leadership Team for 9 consecutive years.

Saber also serves as a visiting Senior Lecturer at the Leeds Business School at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where his courses focus on business strategy, consulting industry, and go-to-market strategy and execution. He also serves as a Board Member for the Leeds Business School.

Prior to Bain, Saber earned an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and BS in Business Administration at the University of Colorado.
