  1. Use of Information

The information collected through the pop-up form is utilized for analytical purposes, including analyzing the demographics of our audience and conducting impact studies on report usage. Specifically, we analyze the industries where reports are most utilized and the titles of individuals downloading the reports (e.g., CEOs, directors, analysts). However, we do not use the email addresses, names, or last names provided in the pop-up form for these analyses. The results of these analyses may be used to generate impact reports for Latino Donor Collaborative, but individual names or email addresses are not included in these reports.

The email addresses provided during the report download registration will also be used to send newsletters and updates from Latino Donor Collaborative. These newsletters are managed through Mailchimp, a third-party service provider. By registering to download a report, you consent to your email address being shared with Mailchimp for the purpose of receiving our newsletters. You can opt out of receiving these newsletters at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each newsletter.
