The 2024 LDC Impact Report showcases a year of transformation, influence, and measurable progress driven by the Latino Donor Collaborative (LDC). Focused on amplifying the reality of U.S. Latinos, the LDC has solidified its position as a trusted source for decision-makers, policymakers, and business leaders nationwide.

This year, the LDC produced ten major reports that shaped discussions in corporate boardrooms, national media, and government institutions. Its research reached over 16.5 million people, while more than 650,000 business and policy leaders actively used LDC data to inform strategies and investments. Through high-level convenings, including engagements at the World Economic Forum, U.S. Congress, and Fortune 500 companies, the LDC ensured that Latino contributions are accurately represented in critical economic and policy conversations.

A major milestone in 2024 was the launch of The Latina Paradigm Shift, a groundbreaking initiative that elevates Latina leadership, success, and influence. Additionally, the LDC expanded its reach with its first youth-focused convening, directly engaging thousands of young Latinos while influencing a broader audience of 12 million people.

Beyond research, the LDC’s Elevate Latinos campaign strengthened its presence across media, digital platforms, and corporate networks. With over 60,000 young Latinos engaging with its work, the LDC continues to shift perceptions and foster investment in the community’s future.
